Well-known psychologist Dr Ron Farmer will give a short introduction to some free online resources on how we can deal with the trials and tribulations that come into our lives, by immersing ourselves in the vast, limitless ocean of peace that lies within us all.
Following the talk, a 5 minute video ‘The Gift of the Presence’, will be shown that reminds us that, by focusing on the here and now, we are able to stand back from our thoughts and feelings and not be overwhelmed by them. The inner peace that comes from this allows us to have more trust in our own innate wisdom.
