The 2021 HSC Rescue Team are delighted to launch the HSC Rescue Instagram Page and 2021 HSC Rescue Pack to help HSC students prepare for exams in November 2021.

Our partner PE Movement/Mental Health Matters has also developed a three part video series on mindfulness, meditation, and a grounding activity for you to practice in the comfort of your own home.
