Let’s Talk About Anxiety for Carer’s Week

You’re invited to our free educational forum for carers supporting a loved one with anxiety to celebrate Carer’s Week and Mental Health Month! Hosted by WayAhead and Mental Health Carers NSW.
This event will be held at our office in Pyrmont on Wednesday the 5th October.
Our forum will feature Dr Rocco Crino, a widely respected expert on anxiety, as well as stories from Paul and Emma who have a lived experience of an anxiety disorder, and stories from Matt and Jenni who care for someone living with an anxiety disorder.
The day will end with a meet and greet with local service providers and a short wellbeing exercise.
There is also the option to ZOOM in for anyone outside of Sydney or who prefer to join online.
