How do you practise mindfulness?

Mindfulness is a simple and practical method for learning to observe our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surroundings rather than being trapped by them and worrying about the past or the future.

Lydia Vorona, a mindfulness teacher and meditation practitioner, will speak about the popular therapy of mindfulness. In this session, Lydia will introduce you to mindful activities that will help you reduce stress and anxiety by keeping your thoughts in the present moment.
